Serve

Living Life on Purpose

Whether it's following Jesus' command to love one another, to love our neighbor, or to make disciples of all nations, nothing grows our faith like serving others and doing those good works God prepared in advance for us.

Loving One Another

One of the ways we love our brothers and sisters in Christ is to use our God-given gifts to build up the local church. If you call our church home, we urge you to get involved and commit to serving in some capacity once a month. And if there's something you are passionate about doing within the church and it's not listed here, reach out and we'll get you connected!

Loving our Neighbor

Throughout the year, we find different ways to love and serve our city. This is the place God has called us to love, and we intend to do everything we can to love this city well.

Pantry Express

On the first Sunday of the even months, the church family comes together to bring in food to bless families in need within our community. Volunteers help sort and distribute the collected food items so that each family gets more than enough. This small gift helps families make ends meet and allows us to love our neighbor in tangible ways.

Operation Christmas Child

Our church family collects toys, school supplies, clothing, and hygiene items throughout the year in order to support Operation Christmas Child. Then, in November, volunteers gather together to pack as many boxes as we can with the collected supplies. Volunteers also assist with Collection Week in November, receiving boxes from the community and praying with people as they drop off these precious gifts.

Living Hope Garden

During the growing season, volunteers in our Living Hope Garden plant, tend, and harvest substantial amounts of fresh vegetables. A "fresh food bank" is then opened on Tuesday and Friday mornings during harvest season (August - September).
